Technics Turntable Alarm Clock
With a vinyl collection of 200+ pieces I couldn't find a way to wake up listening to them. So I created a one of a kind custom turntable alarm clock. I had the alarm set to 6:35.
Materials used
Wemo MakerTechnics SL-Q2Soldering
The switch in the photo triggers the start/stop from the turntable. I used a voltage meter to determine when I hit the start/stop button to determine where I needed to solder the Wemo Maker.
Using a Wemo Maker to connect with my phone remotely, allowing me to control the turntable alarm from anywhere.
The wire soldered to the back of the turntable, connecting the Wemo Maker to the start/stop mechanism.
