We bought a multi-family house in April 2024 and moved to the second floor since there was a tenant living on the first floor. In August, he moved out and we started remodeling the house. The first step on the first floor was to sand the floor to bring it to its natural color. We used Bona NordicSeal® floor sealer, creating the look of whitewashed wood. We don't have photos of the process since I did it while Andrea was at work and she is the photographer. After completing the floor, I started sanding the wall to remove a bunch of bumps, then we began the painting process.

We picked 3 different colors.
